Here are three companies which have their ex-dividend dates approaching in the near future.<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_7\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;text-align: center;\" id=\"trade-409127427\"><!-- Composite Start --> \r\n <div id=\"M923760ScriptRootC1549812\"> \r\n <\/div> \r\n <script src=\"https:\/\/jsc.mgid.com\/t\/r\/tradebrains.in.1549812.js\" async> \r\n <\/script> \r\n <!-- Composite End --><\/div><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mahindra Lifespace Developers<\/strong><\/h4><p>The wholly-owned real estate and infrastructure development arm of Mahindra Group has advanced 120% in the last year, from \u20b9 193.53 to \u20b9 419.70 as of Monday.<\/p><p>It scored a net profit of \u20b9 136.82 crores in Q4 FY22 as against a net loss of \u20b9 27.2 crores in the same quarter the previous year. The consolidated net sales surged 188% year on year to \u20b9 161.76 crores in the quarter ended March 2022 as against \u20b9 55.99 crores posted in the Q4 FY21.<\/p><p>The board has recommended a dividend of \u20b9 2 per share for the fiscal year ended 31 March 2022. The ex-dividend date for the same has been set up as 19 July.<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_5\" id=\"trade-2708498805\"><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- in_content_2_news -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"7925020301\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"\r\n     data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><\/div><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mahindra and Mahindra Financial Services<\/strong><\/h4><p>Mahindra &amp; Mahindra Financial Services reported a whopping four-fold increase in net profit for the March quarter ended 2022 \u20b9 601 crores against \u20b9 150 crores in the year-ago period on credit cost reversal and a steady rise in business. Asset quality improved considerably and \u20b9 951 crores of provisions were written back.<\/p><p>The rural non-banking financial company is among the top tractor financiers of India. It has proposed a dividend of \u20b9 Rs 3.6 per equity share with the ex-dividend date of 20 July.<\/p><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-tech-mahindra\"><strong>Tech Mahindra<\/strong><\/h4><p>Tech Mahindra announced a final dividend of \u20b9 15 per share and a special dividend of \u20b9 15 per share on its 25.7% jump in net profit for the fiscal year 2021-22 to Rs 5,566 crore compared to last year. For the quarter ended 31 March 2022, its net profit increased by 39.2% year-on-year.<\/p><p>The ex-dividend dates for both are 21 July.
