The board of directors had considered and approved the recommendation for a bonus issue of three equity shares for every one share held.&nbsp;<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_7\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;text-align: center;\" id=\"trade-3965501318\"><!-- Composite Start --> \r\n <div id=\"M923760ScriptRootC1549812\"> \r\n <\/div> \r\n <script src=\"https:\/\/jsc.mgid.com\/t\/r\/tradebrains.in.1549812.js\" async> \r\n <\/script> \r\n <!-- Composite End --><\/div><p>The company in the exchange filing informed that \u201cThe Board of Directors fixed Friday, July 1, 2022, as the Record Date for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders entitled for issuance of Bonus Equity Shares in the proportion of three Equity Share of Rs. 10\/- each for every One existing Equity Shares of Rs. 10\/- each\u201d.\u00a0<\/p><p>The 3:1 bonus issue was approved in accordance with the approval of shareholders which has been obtained through a Postal Ballot on Friday, June 17, 2022.&nbsp;<\/p><p>The multibagger stock has given a return of approximately 921.31% within a span of one year, scaling up from \u20b9635 on 23rd June 2021 to \u20b96495 as of 23rd June 2022.
