The share opened at \u20b92574 and fell up to \u20b92385 levels. This is the most it has dropped in the last twenty months.\u00a0<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_7\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;text-align: center;\" id=\"trade-1119886089\"><!-- Composite Start --> \r\n <div id=\"M923760ScriptRootC1549812\"> \r\n <\/div> \r\n <script src=\"https:\/\/jsc.mgid.com\/t\/r\/tradebrains.in.1549812.js\" async> \r\n <\/script> \r\n <!-- Composite End --><\/div><p>Recently the government announced that it will be increasing taxes on the export of Gasoline, Diesel and Jet fuel. It also introduced an additional windfall tax on gains made by domestic refiners.\u00a0<\/p><p>The centre will charge \u20b96 per litre tax on exports of petrol and \u20b913 per litre on the export of diesel. In addition to that, \u20b923,230 per tonne will be levied as an additional tax on all the domestically produced crude oil to take away any windfall gains that accrue to the producers from high international oil prices.\u00a0<\/p><p>However, it was also mentioned that the export-focused refineries have been exempted from this latest notification. The shares of Oil &amp; Natural Gas Corporation Limited are down by more than 9 per cent so far. The stock price has dipped to \u20b9138.30.\u00a0<\/p><p>Mukesh Ambani announced his succession planning recently. He resigned as the director of Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd and named his eldest son Akash M Ambani, as the chairman of the board of directors.
