This means that if investors would have invested \u20b9 1,00,000 in the shares of the company a week ago, the value of their holdings would have been \u20b91,56,860 in a week.<\/p><p>In fact, the shares have given multibagger returns of 101.91% in the past month. The shares were trading at \u20b9 73.50 apiece in December 2012. They reached \u20b9 560 levels in 2018, after which they tumbled. During the 2020 market crash, they had contracted to \u20b9 9.65 levels.<\/p><p>&#8220;We would like to clarify that as per Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 the Company make timely disclosures of all the events, information etc. that have a bearing on the operation\/ performance of the Company which include all price sensitive information etc. We hereby also confirm that at present the Company is not having any such information, which may have a bearing on the price of the scrip and requires disclosure as aforesaid. The company is trading at a PE (TTM) of&nbsp; 16.59. It has an ideal debt-to-equity ratio of 0.87. However, its revenue and profits show a negative trend as per annual data compiled for the past five financial years.<\/p><p>PC Jewellers is a small cap company, with a market capitalization of \u20b9 2,008 crores.
