We are confident of DriveX ability to deliver on this vision,&#8221; TVS Motor Company Managing Director Sudarshan Venu said in a statement.<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_5\" id=\"trade-3299055918\"><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- in_content_2_news -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"7925020301\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"\r\n     data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><\/div>\n<p>DriveX Founder and CEO Karthikeyan said DriveX is a digital first business, serving all brands with analytics-led capabilities across the value chains.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We have also been successful at launching new business models, including the subscription model in the pre-owned two-wheeler segment. In the coming years, DriveX will aim to strengthen its presence across India, followed by other geographies in due course,&#8221; he added.<\/p>\n<p>Last fiscal year, the platform had reported a turnover of around Rs 9 crore.<\/p>\n<p>The acquisition is expected to be completed by November 30, 2022, TVS Motor said.
