In fact, in the last five days, the stock has shed approximately 10 per cent.\u00a0<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_7\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;text-align: center;\" id=\"trade-4026821078\"><!-- Composite Start --> \r\n <div id=\"M923760ScriptRootC1549812\"> \r\n <\/div> \r\n <script src=\"https:\/\/jsc.mgid.com\/t\/r\/tradebrains.in.1549812.js\" async> \r\n <\/script> \r\n <!-- Composite End --><\/div><p>The company got listed in the Indian exchanges in November 2021. Soon after listing the shares reached their 52-week high of Rs 2,573. Currently, it is trading at a discount of 53 per cent from those levels.\u00a0<\/p><p>Often referred to as the only \u201cWhite sheep\u201d among all the new-age stocks listed last year, the shares of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/portal.tradebrains.in\/stock\/NYKAA\/consolidated\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Nykaa<\/a><\/strong> are now trading near its IPO issue price of Rs 1,125 per share.\u00a0<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/portal.tradebrains.in\/stock\/NYKAA\/consolidated\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>FSN E-commerce Ventures<\/strong><\/a> Ltd popularly known as &#8220;Nykaa&#8221; is a digitally native consumer technology platform that delivers a content-led, lifestyle retail experience to consumers.\u00a0<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_5\" id=\"trade-230488842\"><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- in_content_2_news -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"7925020301\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"\r\n     data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><\/div><p>Despite the downward trend in the stock, analysts remain optimistic about the company. Here\u2019s what they have to say:&nbsp;<\/p><p><strong>Domestic brokerage firm Elara Capital has given a \u2018Buy\u2019 call with a target of Rs 2,211 per share on a long-term basis which represents an upside of 96% from the current levels.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p><p>\u201cNykaa may maintain its dominance with a 26.8 per cent market share in online BPC, led by a high repeat customers\/usage base. Fashion is also an emerging segment for Nykaa, with a 3.3 per cent market share in the online fashion space. Nykaa\u2019s revenue CAGR may be 60.4 per cent in FY23E-25E, on a smaller base,\u201d the brokerage added.\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>JM Financial also has a \u2018Buy\u2019 call on the stock with a target of Rs 1,780 which represents an upside of 58 per cent from the current levels. The time frame given by them is one year.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p>Nykaa trades at 4.9 times the estimated FY25 revenue and 53.9 times the estimated Ebitda multiple. We expect Nykaa\u2019s premium to sustain, as not many companies are estimated to deliver a gross merchandise value CAGR of 41 per cent, and Ebitda CAGR of 71 per cent over the FY22-27 period, the firm highlighted.\u00a0<\/p><p>The Q2FY22 results of the company are yet to be announced.
