The bonus shall be issued in the ratio of 1:2. This means that for every share held by the shareholder two new shares will be issued. For this purpose, the record date has been set as October 28th, 2022.&nbsp;<\/p><p>In Q2FY22, the total revenue from operations of the company stood at Rs 17.41 Crores which was an increase of almost 70 percent from Rs 10.42 crores in the same period of the previous year.&nbsp;<\/p><p>In the quarter under review, their net profit stood at Rs 40.21 lakhs as against a loss of Rs 339 lakhs in the same quarter a year earlier.&nbsp;<\/p><p>The company has a market capitalization of Rs 149 Crores as on October 25th, 2022.
