Till 12.15 the stock was trading at Rs 365 levels.\u00a0<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_7\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;text-align: center;\" id=\"trade-4086342836\"><!-- Composite Start --> \r\n <div id=\"M923760ScriptRootC1549812\"> \r\n <\/div> \r\n <script src=\"https:\/\/jsc.mgid.com\/t\/r\/tradebrains.in.1549812.js\" async> \r\n <\/script> \r\n <!-- Composite End --><\/div><p>The stock declined despite the company reporting an increase in net profit in the latest quarter. The housing finance company reported a 23 per cent increase in their net profit which stood at Rs 305 crores in Q2FY23 up from Rs 248 crores in the same period last year.\u00a0<\/p><p>However, the street was disappointed as they expected the company&#8217;s net profit to be Rs 900 crores for the period.&nbsp;<\/p><p>In the quarter under review, their Net Interest Income (NII) declined marginally to Rs 1,163 crore from Rs 1,173 crore in Q2FY22.&nbsp;<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_5\" id=\"trade-341178806\"><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- in_content_2_news -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"7925020301\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"\r\n     data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><\/div><p>Further, the Gross NPA stood at 4.91 per cent which was down sequentially from 4.96 per cent. The Net NPAs were at 2.83 per cent versus 3.1 per cent in Q1FY23.\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Yes, Securities has a \u2018Buy\u2019 call on <a href=\"https:\/\/portal.tradebrains.in\/stock\/LICHSGFIN\/consolidated\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">LIC Housing Finance<\/a> with a target price of Rs 475 per share which represents an upside of 30% from the current levels.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p>LIC Housing Finance Limited (LIC HFL), a subsidiary company of the Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) is one of the largest Housing Finance Mortgage loan companies in India.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) holds a 45.24 percent stake in the company.
