Its shares were trading at \u20b9 215.15 apiece at 01:00 PM on Thursday.&nbsp;<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_7\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;text-align: center;\" id=\"trade-3095113695\"><!-- Composite Start --> \r\n <div id=\"M923760ScriptRootC1549812\"> \r\n <\/div> \r\n <script src=\"https:\/\/jsc.mgid.com\/t\/r\/tradebrains.in.1549812.js\" async> \r\n <\/script> \r\n <!-- Composite End --><\/div><p>The Mumbai-based non-banking finance company reported a 55 per cent decline in its net profit at \u20b9 490.38 crores in the September quarter (Q2FY23) as against \u20b9 1099 crore in September 2021. Its net sales were at \u20b9 3010.95 crores in September 2022, up 2.81% from \u20b9 2928.70 crore in September 2021.\u00a0<\/p><p>The company reported healthy business growth in the September quarter, as its disbursements went up 83 percent year-on-year and 25% sequentially at \u20b9 11,824 crores. Its net interest margin came in at 7.5 per cent, in line with the management&#8217;s guidance.\u00a0<\/p><p>In October 2022, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/portal.tradebrains.in\/stock\/M&amp;MFIN\/consolidated\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Mahindra Finance<\/a><\/strong> estimated the total disbursement of approximately \u20b9 5,250 crores, delivering 97 per cent growth over October 2021. Further, the company said it holds an adequate liquidity buffer covering around 4 months\u2019 funds requirement.\u00a0<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_5\" id=\"trade-975488631\"><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- in_content_2_news -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"7925020301\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"\r\n     data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><\/div><p>Motilal Oswal Financial Services said that the company had maintained its leadership position in the Tractor and Mahindra UV financing segment, which has been its strength. Further, its management has undertaken various strategic initiatives, which have the potential to script a credible transformation, if executed correctly.\u00a0<\/p><p>The brokerage added that a strong liability franchise and deep moats in rural and the semi-urban customer segment positions the Mahindra Group company to reap the rewards of the hard work that is currently going into evolving this franchise&nbsp;<\/p><p>The company on October 31, 2022, it said that it raised \u20b9 275 crores by issuing bonds on a private placement basis. The directors approved the allotment of 2,750 secured redeemable principal-protected non-convertible market-linked debentures.
