This translates to an upside of 33.92 per cent as compared to its current share price of \u20b9 1232.00 apiece.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p>Havells India is a large-cap stock with a market capitalization of \u20b9 77,209 crores. It has an ideal return on equity of 21.41 per cent and an ideal debt-to-equity ratio of 0.03. Its shares are currently trading at a price-to-equity ratio of 70.98, which is significantly higher than the industry PE of 40.75, therefore the stock might be overvalued.\u00a0<\/p><p>The company has a high promoter holding of 59.45 per cent.
