The company has given multibagger returns and has set the record date for a stock split.&nbsp;<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_7\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;text-align: center;\" id=\"trade-3061896976\"><!-- Composite Start --> \r\n <div id=\"M923760ScriptRootC1549812\"> \r\n <\/div> \r\n <script src=\"https:\/\/jsc.mgid.com\/t\/r\/tradebrains.in.1549812.js\" async> \r\n <\/script> \r\n <!-- Composite End --><\/div><p>Chandra Prabhu International is engaged in the trading of agricultural food products, coal, fertilizers, petroleum products and synthetic rubber.&nbsp;<\/p><p>The company informed the BSE that its board has considered and approved the subdivision of the equity shares of the company of the face value of \u20b9 10 each to equity shares of \u20b9 2 each. No resolution was passed for the treatment of fractional entitlements, thus they are not applicable.&nbsp;<\/p><p>The shares with a face value of \u20b9 10 shall automatically stand cancelled and be of no effect on and from the Record Date, i.e., November 30, 2022.
