This should be addressed in the forthcoming Budget,&#8221; it said.<\/p>\n<p> In addition, there are procedural complexities and large number of permissions are required for the implementation of projects resulting in time and cost overruns, CII said, and added that to address this, projects should be allowed to proceed based on self-certification followed by audits.<\/p>\n<p> The chamber&#8217;s suggestions have also stressed on the necessity of policy reforms for boosting employment and sustainability, to address the imperatives of development.<\/p><div class=\"trade-content-10\" id=\"trade-3896900548\"><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- in_content_3_news -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"2969612066\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"\r\n     data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><\/div>\n<p> On employment, it has suggested incentivising employment-intensive sectors such as tourism.<\/p>\n<p> The industry body CII also recommended that the anomaly between tax rate on dividend income needs to be addressed and the tax rates on dividends for residents should be brought down to maintain parity with non-resident investors.
