The transaction is expected to close in January 2022, subject to closing conditions, including regulatory approvals, it added.<\/p>\n<p>        apoBank is currently a 10 per cent shareholder and is increasing its stake in gbs from 10 per cent to 49 per cent, it said.<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_5\" id=\"trade-3316119853\"><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- in_content_2_news -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"7925020301\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"\r\n     data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><\/div>\n<p>        &#8220;With this acquisition, the company (HCL Technologies) would get access to German Co-operative banking sector which has about 30 per cent retail funds under management in Germany, augment local financial services IT expertise, and enhance HCL&#8217;s digital transformation capabilities,&#8221; a regulatory filing said.<\/p>\n<p>        The company will also be strategic partner of apoBank to deliver IT services leveraging domain strength, it added.<\/p>\n<p>        This collaboration is in line with HCL Technologies&#8217; investments in a local delivery model supported by a highly skilled German workforce.<\/p>\n<p>        Revenue of gbs for CY21 is expected to be 4.1 million euros. It has 60 employees.<\/p>\n<p>        \u201cGermany is one of the largest economies in Europe and is, therefore, a strategic region for HCL.
