They reached a high of \u20b9 462.65 apiece.\u00a0<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_7\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;text-align: center;\" id=\"trade-1841357504\"><!-- Composite Start --> \r\n <div id=\"M923760ScriptRootC1549812\"> \r\n <\/div> \r\n <script src=\"https:\/\/jsc.mgid.com\/t\/r\/tradebrains.in.1549812.js\" async> \r\n <\/script> \r\n <!-- Composite End --><\/div><p>The company\u2019s shares on Thursday, January 05, 2023, hit a 10% lower circuit and were locked at \u20b9 412.55 apiece on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and \u20b9 413.65 apiece on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).&nbsp;<\/p><p>The exchanges had asked for clarification about the reason behind the windfall increase in the company\u2019s share price over a short period of time.&nbsp;<\/p><p>The company clarified saying that it is in receipt of an initial public announcement dated December 30, 2022 made by DGM Realties Private Limited, Ajinkya Investment and Trading Company and Sundaram Trading and Investment Private Limited who are members of the promoter and promoter group of BF Investment Limited. These parties through Axis Capital Limited, Manager to the Offer, had expressed their intention to voluntarily delist the equity shares of the Company (\u201cInitial Public Announcement\u201d).&nbsp;<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_5\" id=\"trade-728260631\"><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- in_content_2_news -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"7925020301\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"\r\n     data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><\/div><p>In addition, the company had appointed SVD &amp; Associates, a peer review company secretary, to carry out due diligence and other applicable provisions of the Delisting Regulations. A board meeting was held on January 04, 2023, to approve or reject the proposal.&nbsp;<\/p><p>The company in an exchange filing said that post the due diligence report issued and submitted by SVD &amp; Associates, it found that one of the members of the promoter and promoter group of the company had sold 400 shares of the company on June 29, 2022.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Once the initial public announcement is made, a due diligence exercise is conducted, during which the beneficiary position data (&#8220;BENPOS&#8221;) of the company is checked.
