While Bengaluru continues to contribute to significant share of real estate sales, our projects from other cities have contributed 40 per cent of the total sales volume, one of the highest in recent years,&#8221; it said.<\/p><div class=\"trade-content-10\" id=\"trade-103506182\"><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- in_content_3_news -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"2969612066\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"\r\n     data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><\/div>\n<p>Gurugram has achieved its highest-ever quarterly sale, aided by the launch of new towers.<\/p>\n<p>Kerala and GIFT City (Gujarat) have been consistent in their sales.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We believe diversification in multiple regions, with presence in 11 cities, through long term investments are enabling the growth,&#8221; it stated.<\/p>\n<p>The company&#8217;s operations in contractual and manufacturing too have witnessed increased demand from corporate and institutional clients, it said.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Cash flows were strong during this (December) quarter and has resulted in net debt reduction,&#8221; it highlighted.<\/p>\n<p>Sobha is one of the leading real estate players in the country.
