The issue price for the shares is \u20b9 139.00 per share, including a premium of \u20b9 129.00 per share and the record date for the issue is Wednesday, 11th January 2023. The issue will open on January 19, 2023, and close on February 02, 2023.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Eligible shareholders as of the record date are entitled to one fully paid-up equity share for every one share that they hold, i.e., a ratio of 1:1.
