This is much lower compared to Budget Estimate of Rs 73,948 crore for FY23.<\/p><p>It is to be noted that RBI approved a dividend payment of Rs 30,307 crore to the government post its board meeting in May 2022.<\/p><p>As per the Budget document, dividends from public sector enterprises and other investments have been pegged at Rs 43,000 crore for FY24 as well.<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_5\" id=\"trade-4280989281\"><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- in_content_2_news -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"7925020301\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"\r\n     data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><\/div><p>As per the Revised Estimate for FY23, the dividend from public sector enterprises and other investments was higher at Rs 43,000 crore from the Budget Estimate of Rs 40,000 crore.<\/p><p>Total dividend collection of the next financial year would be Rs 1,15,820 crore as against the RE of Rs 1,08,592 crore, as per the RE of 2022-23.
