Now, we are going for the second phase of expansion,&#8221; Awfis Founder and CEO Amit Ramani told PTI.<\/p>\n<p>The company is setting up centres in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai and Pune at commercial properties owned by Prestige group.<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_5\" id=\"trade-974693893\"><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- in_content_2_news -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"7925020301\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"\r\n     data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><\/div>\n<p>Including both the phases, Prestige group and Awfis will have 12 centres, covering around 5 lakh square feet area and comprising around 9,500 desks.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The total investment for both the phases will be Rs 110 crore. The investments are being made by both the partners in equal ratio,&#8221; Ramani said.<\/p>\n<p>Juggy Marwaha, CEO, Prestige Office Ventures, said the flexible workspace has become an important component in any office building and office park.\t \t  \t  \t&#8220;Nearly 40 million square feet of co-working space is now spread across the length and breadth of this country, we definitely believe that the FLEX segment of the office landscape will continue to rapidly grow,&#8221; he added.\t \tThe partnership aims at catering to the growing demand for co-working spaces, for startups, SMEs, mid and large-sized corporates that are looking to adopt hybrid\/ agile workplace models, amidst the new normal.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We believe in building relationships that are a WIN\u2013WIN for all stakeholders in a shared and collaborative future.
