Therefore, he allegedly violated the code of conduct specified under the insider trading rules, as per the show cause notice.<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_5\" id=\"trade-124571162\"><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- in_content_2_news -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"7925020301\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"\r\n     data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><\/div><p>It was also alleged that Wockhardt did not disclose the information related to Form 483 issuance by US Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) to its Waluj factory in Maharashtra to the stock exchanges immediately.<\/p><p>As per the order, the USFDA visited the manufacturing facility during March 18-22, 2013 to inspect the factory and data pertaining to Abbreviated New Drug Application filed by Wockhardt with the regulator for Zoledronic acid injection. The USFDA then issued Form 483 which is regarded as adverse observations on factory facilities.<\/p><p>Pending the instant proceedings, Khetan filed a settlement application and paid Rs 27.06 lakh towards full and final settlement of the alleged default.
