The group has sold stakes worth \u20b9 15,446 crores to a leading US-based global equity investment boutique GQG Partners, according to the company\u2019s official statement.&nbsp;<\/p><p>According to data on the bourses, Adani Group entity SB Adani Family Trust sold shares worth \u20b915,446 crore ($1.87 billion) in <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/portal.tradebrains.in\/stock\/ADANIPORTS\/consolidated\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Adani Ports &amp; SEZ<\/a><\/strong>, Adani Green Energy, Adani Transmission and <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/portal.tradebrains.in\/stock\/ADANIENT\/consolidated\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Adani Enterprises<\/a><\/strong>. GQG Partners bought 38.7 million shares or 3.39% of the share capital of Adani Enterprises, at \u20b91,410.86 apiece,valued at \u20b95,460 crore.\u00a0<\/p><p>Block deals happened in Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/portal.tradebrains.in\/stock\/ADANIGREEN\/consolidated\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Adani Green Energy Limited<\/a><\/strong>, Adani Transmission Limited and Adani Enterprises. GQG has become a key investor in the development and growth of critical Indian infrastructure, the group added.\u00a0<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_5\" id=\"trade-2808814318\"><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- in_content_2_news -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"7925020301\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"\r\n     data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><\/div><p>In another development, the Supreme Court formed a committee to examine the country\u2019s investor protection regime following the Hindenburg report. The 6-member committee will examine the allegations after the US-based short seller fuelled large investor losses. Gautam Adani welcomed the order and said that it will bring finality in a time-bound manner.<\/p><p>Market analysts however say that this might not be a recovery of Adani group stocks. While the committee is closely working with SEBI, the outcome can swing in any direction.
