Significantly, over 95 per cent of the buyers are individuals who have bought into The Arbour for their end usage,&#8221; DLF said.<\/p><p>In January, DLF had said it will launch this project with an estimated sales revenue of around Rs 7,500 crore.<\/p><p>&#8220;Demand of real estate across various price points is very strong, especially for products offered by trusted developers,&#8221; Ohri had said.<\/p><p>DLF &#8212; the country&#8217;s largest real estate firm in terms of market capitalisation &#8212; achieved a 45 per cent growth in sales bookings to Rs 6,599 crore in April-December period of this fiscal.<\/p><div class=\"trade-content-10\" id=\"trade-215856494\"><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- in_content_3_news -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"2969612066\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"\r\n     data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><\/div><p>DLF&#8217;s sales bookings stood at Rs 4,544 crore in the year-ago period.<\/p><p>DLF has launched residential projects in Delhi, Gurugram, Panchkula and Chennai this fiscal.<\/p><p>DLF has two verticals &#8212; development business and rental business.<\/p><p>DLF has developed more than 153 real estate projects and developed an area in excess of 330 million square feet.<\/p><p>DLF Group has 215 million square feet of development potential across the residential and commercial segments.<\/p><p>Rent-yielding commercial assets are largely held by DLF Cyber City Developers Ltd (DCCDL), which is a joint venture firm between DLF and Singapore sovereign wealth fund GIC. DLF hold nearly 67 per cent stake in the joint venture.
