At 12:55 PM its shares were trading at \u20b9 156.55 apiece, up 9.67%.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Moreover, the company has also received 351 expressions of interest (EOIs) in phase 2 of the \u2018Ashiana Amarah\u2019 project at Gurugram (Haryana), which consists of 224 units with a saleable area of 3.77 lakh square feet and the tentative sale value stood at \u20b9 290 crores.
