The buyers and sellers are not known yet, however, reports suggest that Warburg Pincus&#8217; Highdell Investments was looking to sell some of its holdings.&nbsp;<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_7\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;text-align: center;\" id=\"trade-1446253754\"><!-- Composite Start --> \r\n <div id=\"M923760ScriptRootC1549812\"> \r\n <\/div> \r\n <script src=\"https:\/\/jsc.mgid.com\/t\/r\/tradebrains.in.1549812.js\" async> \r\n <\/script> \r\n <!-- Composite End --><\/div><p>At 01:39 PM, the stock was quoting at 107.95 apiece down 9.02 percent. Volumes jumped at the counter and 435.08 lakh shares changed hands as compared to 45.88 lakh shares as of Monday.&nbsp;<\/p><p>According to a report by CNBC-TV18, the shares exchanged hands at an average price of \u20b9 108 per share, in a deal valued at \u20b9 312.17 crores. The floor price of the proposed deal was initially set at \u20b9 110 per share which is at a 7.4 percent discount to Monday\u2019s closing price. There will be a 60-day lock-in period for the sale of further shares, according to the report.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Highdell Investment held a 26.36 percent stake or over 25.15 crore shares in the company, according to the shareholding pattern for the October to December quarter.&nbsp;<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_5\" id=\"trade-3562707230\"><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- in_content_2_news -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"7925020301\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"\r\n     data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><\/div><p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/portal.tradebrains.in\/stock\/KALYANKJIL\/consolidated\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Kalyan Jewellers<\/a><\/strong> launched many showrooms in the non-south market over the last 12 months. In the December quarter alone, it added five new showrooms taking the total count of its showrooms in India to 136. It is a small-cap company with a market capitalization of \u20b9 12,222 crores.&nbsp;<\/p><p>For the October to December quarter, the company reported a 10% growth in its consolidated profit after tax (PAT) at \u20b9148 crore. Its net profit stood at \u20b9 134.5 crores in the corresponding quarter a year ago.
