Sansera has a right to invest further and increase its stake up to 51 per cent at a predefined valuation formula,&#8221; according to a statement.<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_5\" id=\"trade-4221692736\"><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- in_content_2_news -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"7925020301\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"\r\n     data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><\/div><p>B R Preetham, Group CEO of Sansera Engineering, said: &#8220;I am very pleased to inform you that we have signed a definitive agreement for a strategic investment in MMRFIC Technology Private Limited (MMRFIC). Diversification and collaborations have been an integral part of our journey since the very beginning.&#8221; The transaction provides an opportunity to reinforce this strategy by increasing the pie of the company&#8217;s non-ICE offerings.<\/p><p>&#8220;Further, it is a testimony of our commitment towards our emerging aersopace and defence business&#8221; Preetham said.<\/p><p>The strategic investment in MMRFIC will help Sansera enter into high technology space and have access to a strong R&amp;D and engineering team which can address its priority market segments &#8212; defence and aerospace. It also has the potential in the telecom (5G) and the automotive (autonomous driving \u2013 subsystems) technologies in future.<\/p><p>Sansera is an engineering-led integrated manufacturer of complex and critical precision engineered components across automotive and non-automotive sectors.
