After some bearish sessions and hitting its 52-week low figures, finally, the stock witnessed an up movement of around 6.5 percent from those levels.&nbsp;<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_7\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;text-align: center;\" id=\"trade-2024149509\"><!-- Composite Start --> \r\n <div id=\"M923760ScriptRootC1549812\"> \r\n <\/div> \r\n <script src=\"https:\/\/jsc.mgid.com\/t\/r\/tradebrains.in.1549812.js\" async> \r\n <\/script> \r\n <!-- Composite End --><\/div><p>One of the probable reasons for such a movement in the company\u2019s stock is the initiation of demerger process of its financial services business. A meeting of the creditors and shareholders will be held at the start of May to consider and approve the proposed scheme of arrangement between RIL and Reliance Strategic Investments (RSIL). After the demerger, the name of Reliance Strategic Investments will be changed to \u2018Jio Financial Services Limited\u2019.\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>JM Financial has given a \u2018Buy\u2019 rating to the company with a target price of Rs 2,900 which is an upside of around 24 percent as compared to the current levels.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/portal.tradebrains.in\/stock\/RELIANCE\/consolidated\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Reliance Industries Ltd<\/a><\/strong>, headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra, is engaged in the business of hydrocarbon exploration and production, refining and marketing, petrochemicals, financial services, retail, etc. The Group has five principal operating and reporting segments: Oil To Chemicals (O2C), Oil and Gas, Retail, Digital Services, and Financial Services.\u00a0<\/p><div class=\"trade-content_5\" id=\"trade-3057213384\"><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- in_content_2_news -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4023722985638610\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"7925020301\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"\r\n     data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><\/div><p>It also commercializes petrochemical products including aromatics, elastomers, and polyesters. Revenues have moved down from around Rs 2.33 lakh crores in Q2 to Rs 2.21 lakh crores in Q3. Net profits, on the other side, increased from around Rs 15,600 crores in Q2 to Rs 17,700 crores in Q3.&nbsp;<\/p><p>The profitability ratio such as the ROE has seen a reduction from 9.6 percent during FY20-21 to 9.39 percent in FY21-22.
