The order is pertaining to the construction of a border and road in the state of Mizoram along the Indo Bangladesh Border (IBB).&nbsp;<\/p><p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/portal.tradebrains.in\/stock\/NBCC\/consolidated\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">NBCC (India)<\/a><\/strong> Ltd is engaged in the urban and regional development sector with operating segments including Project Management Consultancy, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.marcelkeller.com\/blog\/immobilienpreisentwicklung-2022\">Real Estate Development<\/a>, and the Construction segment. The business activity of the company functions in India and derives a majority of its revenue from the Project Management Consultancy segment.\u00a0<\/p><p>Having a quick glance at the financials, it can be observed that there is a contrasting movement in the numbers pertaining to the revenues and net profits of the company. Revenues moved up from Rs 2,030 crores in Q2 to Rs 2,136 crores in Q3. ROE took a shift from 15.52 percent in FY20-21 to 13.95 percent in FY21-22. Moreover, ROCE moved from 33.18 percent in FY20-21 to 28.95 percent in FY21-22.&nbsp;<\/p><p>As per the quarter ending December 2022, promoters hold a constant 61.75 percent stake in the company.
