Sales volumes grew by 19% quarter on quarter (QoQ) and by 40% for the fiscal year.&nbsp;<\/p><p>At 12:33 PM, Godrej Properties\u2019 shares were trading at \u20b9 1,211.55 apiece, 7.66% higher.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Motilal Oswal Financial Services upgraded its rating on the stock from \u2018neutral\u2019 to \u2018buy\u2019 with a target price of \u20b9 1575.00 apiece. This translates to an upside of 30.00% as compared to its current share price. Its quarterly sales value of \u20b9 1207 crores is also at its highest historically. It was up 8.37% from the previous quarter and up 29.1% as compared to the corresponding quarter last year.&nbsp;<\/p><p>According to a recent research report by ICICI Direct, the share price of Sobha Ltd might reach a target price of \u20b9 750.00 in a time period of 12 to 18 months.
