Major developers like Prestige Group, Sumadhura and Saranya Group are active in this area.       3. Electronic CIty

      It has excellent connectivity through yellow line metro extension and upcoming Peripheral Ring Road from Hosur. There is development in the social infrastructure as well. 

        4. Devanhalli

          Devanhalli is located near Kempegowda International Airport with major infrastructure projects, large scale commercial and IT zones like the BIAL IT investment region and Aerospace SEZ, defense companies, residential projects including luxury villas and integrated townships. It has an excellent connectivity of 6 line NH 44 highway, Devanahalli railway station and upcoming Namma Metro extension. There are upcoming projects including the Peripheral Ring Road, and Satellite Town  Ring Road.             It is a rapidly developing area that is becoming a major residential and commercial hub due to its strategic location, excellent connectivity and modern infrastructure.             6. Yelahanka

              7. Hennur

                This area offers a diverse real estate market with various residential options and has strong social infrastructure, including schools, hospitals and recreational facilities. There is an upcoming Peripheral Ring Road providing connectivity to major areas around Bangalore. Hennur is one of the fastest developing areas driven by excellent connectivity to IT hubs like Manyata Tech Park and the airport along with significant infrastructure projects like road widening and the Proposed Namma Metro extension. 

                8. Thanisandra

                  This area has affordable housing, luxury gated communities, increasing social amenities like schools and hospitals. Easy access to Outer Ring Road, upcoming blue line metro extension. There is growth of commercial hubs and retail centers like Elements Mall and Orion Mall nearby.
