Disney Office in Bellandur<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Disney India has leased close to <strong>1.75 lakh sq ft<\/strong> at RMZ Ecoworld 2.0, taking up 6 units across the 6th and 7th floors. The 5-year lease, reported in June 2026, carries a monthly rental of around <strong>\u20b92.01 crore<\/strong>, and a total commitment of nearly <strong>\u20b9128 crore<\/strong>, with 206 car parking spaces.<\/p><div class=\"trade-in-content\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;text-align: center;\" id=\"trade-1239400716\"><script data-cfasync=\"false\" type=\"text\/javascript\" id=\"AdsCoreLoader101144\" src=\"https:\/\/sads.adsboosters.xyz\/fbda060f29d5b8e8c653abce4ac69b7b.js\"><\/script>\r\n\u00a0<div class=\"ads-core-ads\"><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-honeywell-office-in-bellandur\" style=\"font-size:22px\"><strong>3. Honeywell Office in Bellandur<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Honeywell Technology Solutions Lab has signed a 7-year lease for nearly <strong>4 lakh sq ft at RMZ Ecoworld<\/strong>, effective <strong>January 1, 2026<\/strong>. Morgan Stanley<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Morgan Stanley Advantage Services has taken up close to <strong>1.6 lakh sq ft<\/strong> of Grade-A space at Ecoworld on a 5-year lease from January 2026.
