The new investments are the ones that accounted for the bulk of the investment, approximately <strong>\u20b914,906.9 crore<\/strong> (nearly 81% of the total investment), and the bulk of employment, around <strong>13,050 jobs<\/strong>. The rest of <strong>\u20b93,523.54 crore<\/strong> is from expansion projects, involving almost <strong>1,982 jobs.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-districts-with-sector-wise-investments\" style=\"font-size:22px\"><strong>Districts with Sector-wise Investments<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-ballari\" style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>1. Ballari<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The biggest single investment is from JSW Vijayanagar Metallics at Ballari, where it plans to spend \u20b94,600 crore on a metals expansion project. The capital allocation is the largest in the entire batch, but employment generation is comparatively small at approximately 300 jobs due to the high mechanization and capital-intensive nature of steel production.<\/p><div class=\"trade-in-content\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;text-align: center;\" id=\"trade-2448113390\"><script data-cfasync=\"false\" type=\"text\/javascript\" id=\"AdsCoreLoader101144\" src=\"https:\/\/sads.adsboosters.xyz\/fbda060f29d5b8e8c653abce4ac69b7b.js\"><\/script>\r\n\u00a0<div class=\"ads-core-ads\"><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-dakshina-kannada-aviation-fuel\" style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>2. Dakshina Kannada: (Aviation Fuel)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In the energy transition segment, M11 Energy Transition in Dakshina Kannada has approved an investment of \u20b91,600 crore in aviation fuel infrastructure. This is one of the least talked about areas and ranks as the second biggest investment in the whole approval process, and it shows the state&#8217;s growing interest in the energy systems and fuel infrastructure of industry.<\/p><div class=\"trade-content\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;text-align: center;\" id=\"trade-3329903964\"><div translate=\"no\" class='mailmunch-forms-widget-1169732'><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-bengaluru-rural-automobiles-semiconductors-amp-pharma\" style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>3. Bengaluru Rural (Automobiles, Semiconductors &amp; Pharma)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Bengaluru Rural continues to grow as a high-value industrial area. Volvo Group India has taken the lead in the automobile and EV ecosystem with a \u20b91,500 crore investment that will create approximately 1,700 jobs, further bolstering its place in the global supply chain for automobiles. The area also sees the \u20b91,397 crore semiconductor-backed growth of Wipro, one of the most far-reaching investments in the entire exercise. Furthermore, OneSource Specialty Pharma has invested \u20b9700 crore in the pharmaceutical sector, adding to the multisector industrialization of the district.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-4-belagavi-aerospace-manufacturing\" style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>4. Belagavi (Aerospace Manufacturing)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Belagavi-based aerostructures manufacturer India has invested \u20b91,356 crore in aircraft component manufacturing. The project will create approximately 1,350 jobs and further enhance Belagavi&#8217;s status as a budding aerospace manufacturing hub outside Bengaluru.<\/p><div class=\"trade-content-2\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;text-align: center;\" id=\"trade-2323739689\"><a data-no-instant=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/tradebrains.in\/get\/voltmoney\/\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"a2t-link\" aria-label=\"LAMF3 300_250 (1)\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tradebrains-wp.s3.ap-south-1.amazonaws.com\/money\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/LAMF3-300_250-1.png\" alt=\"\"  width=\"300\" height=\"250\"   \/><\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-5-kolar-ev-amp-manufacturing-cluster\" style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>5. Kolar (EV &amp; Manufacturing Cluster)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>River Mobility has applied \u20b91,028 crore capital in the manufacture of electric two-wheelers at its Kolar unit that will create jobs for around 900 employees. The project enhances the connectivity of Kolar as a new emerging site for EV manufacturing in Karnataka. Further, Poddar Plumbing System has declared an enhancement in industrial manufacturing, which will amplify the industrial base of the district further.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-6-chikkaballapura-solar-manufacturing\" style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>6. Chikkaballapura (Solar Manufacturing)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Genx PV India is putting \u20b91000 crore into a solar PV manufacturing plant in Chikkaballapura. The project is expected to create jobs of about 1500 and boost Karnataka&#8217;s renewable energy hardware manufacturing capabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-7-bengaluru-advanced-engineering\" style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>7. Bengaluru (Advanced Engineering)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>For India, PMI Technology has invested \u20b91,000 crore in advanced engineering and industrial technology, with a total of 800 jobs to be created. The project embodies the trend of merging engineering services and innovation through manufacturing in Karnataka&#8217;s industrial ecosystem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-8-bidar-pharmaceuticals\" style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>8. The biggest of all is the Bengaluru Rural-based <strong>Wipro Global Engineering &amp; Electronic Materials<\/strong>, which has dedicated <strong>\u20b91,397 crore to semiconductor<\/strong> <strong>and advanced electronics growth<\/strong> and is the most strategically important expansion in the entire cycle, in line with India&#8217;s endeavor to boost local semiconductor manufacturing capabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the manufacturing sector, <strong>Colortone Textiles in Chamarajanagara<\/strong> has given a shot in the arm to the textile industry of the state in a relatively less industrialized area with an approval of an expansion of <strong>\u20b9355 crore<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Kolar, <strong>Poddar Plumbing System has committed \u20b9266 crore <\/strong>to the industrial component manufacturing, thereby further bolstering the manufacturing ecosystem in the district beyond EV manufacturing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Goodrich Aerospace Services<\/strong> in Bengaluru is having a significant expansion in its aerospace services business with an investment of <strong>\u20b9141.5 crore<\/strong>, thereby contributing to the enhancement of the aerospace value chain in Karnataka beyond manufacturing to maintenance and services. Meanwhile, the traditional industrial base of the state is being supported by industries like<strong> M.S.P.L. (Ballari) in the steel sector<\/strong> and <strong>Indian Cane Power Ltd. (Bagalkote)<\/strong> in the sugar sector, but the investment amount for the two expansions is<br>not available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-future-outlook\" style=\"font-size:22px\"><strong>Future Outlook<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Karnataka\u2019s industrial pipeline reflects a steady move towards value-added manufacturing and technology-driven industries.
