This project would establish the power transmission network which is needed for providing electricity to future projects related to<strong> green hydrogen, green ammonia, and industrial projects<\/strong> in the <strong>Vizag <\/strong>region. The project includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Establishment of a <strong>4\u00d71,500 MVA, 765\/400 kV GIS substation<\/strong> at <strong>Pendurthi (Vizag)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Construction of a <strong>3\u00d71,500 MVA, 765\/400 kV substation<\/strong> at <strong>Khammam-II<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Development of <strong>1,582 circuit kilometres (ckm)<\/strong> of transmission lines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Addition of <strong>10,500 MVA<\/strong> of transformation capacity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supporting an estimated <strong>4,500 MW<\/strong> of electricity demand from green hydrogen, green ammonia, and digital infrastructure projects<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Completion of the project within <strong>30 months<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This project shall be implemented through a <strong>Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV)<\/strong> that shall be handed to AESL after the bidding process is complete.
