That, combined with Andhra Pradesh&#8217;s <strong>data centre-friendly policies<\/strong> including, a <strong>tax holiday till 2047<\/strong>, <strong>stamp duty waivers<\/strong>, and <strong>single-window clearances<\/strong> and a steady power with available land, is the key reason why so many global tech giants are choosing the city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ai-and-data-centre-hubs-in-vizag\" style=\"font-size:22px\"><strong>AI and Data Centre Hubs in Vizag<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-google\" style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Google<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Google is setting up its <strong>largest AI hub outside the US<\/strong> at Tarluvada village in Vizag, planned as a <strong>1 GW campus<\/strong> with an investment of around <strong>$15 billion <\/strong><strong>( approx. \u20b91.25 lakh crore)<\/strong>.
