In Q4 HOABL acquired a 100 acres of land deal in Nagpur valued at Rs. 300 crore for plotted development with target&nbsp; revenue potential of Rs. 1500 crore.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-arvind-smartspaces\"><strong>2. Arvind SmartSpaces<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The developer has demonstrated strong traction in Western and Southern India, securing some of the year\u2019s largest plotted development parcels of 14% transactions in Ahmedabad, Bengaluru and Surat.
