The amount cannot be transferred to legal heirs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-documents-you-need\"><strong>Documents You Need<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All the basic documents are required to apply. These include Aadhaar card, proof of age, ration card, and bank account details for direct transfer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Aadhaar Card details: <\/strong>This is mandatory for the application. Beneficiaries must also undergo annual Aadhaar-based verification or mustering, to continue receiving the benefit each year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ration Card: <\/strong>Applicant should own any one card between Antyodaya Anna Yojana (AAY \u2013 Yellow Card) or Priority Household (PHH \u2013 Pink Card).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bank Account Details: <\/strong>Applicants must provide their bank account number and IFSC code to receive the monthly amount.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Proof of Residency: <\/strong>Applicants must provide a document that confirms they are permanent residents of Kerala. This is mandatory, as the scheme is open only to state residents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Proof of Age: <\/strong>To confirm eligibility under the age criteria of 35 to 60 years, applicants can submit either Birth certificate, school certificate, driving licence or passport.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If age proof documents are not available, a medical certificate with self-declaration can be submitted. A signed declaration stating that you do not receive any other pension is mandatory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-to-apply\"><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Applications can be submitted online through the<strong> <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/lsgkerala.gov.in\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\"><strong>Kerala Local Self Government <\/strong><\/a>(K-Smart) portal or offline at the local panchayat, municipality, or corporation office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Secretaries of local self-government institution (LSGI) (Panchayat\/Municipality\/Corporation)&nbsp; will verify the details provided by applicants.
