Dwarka Expressway and New Gurgaon continued to attract strong demand, supported by excellent connectivity and infrastructure upgrades. Gurugram led with 50% share, followed by Noida (29%) and Ghaziabad (16%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The mid-segment dominated with 51% share, followed by high-end (27%) and luxury (24%) projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rentals improved steadily, up 1\u20132% q-o-q and 3\u20134% y-o-y, with Gurugram\u2019s luxury segment recording the highest growth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prices &amp; Capital Values<\/strong><\/p><div class=\"trade-in-content\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;text-align: center;\" id=\"trade-1478297276\"><script data-cfasync=\"false\" type=\"text\/javascript\" id=\"AdsCoreLoader101144\" src=\"https:\/\/sads.adsboosters.xyz\/fbda060f29d5b8e8c653abce4ac69b7b.js\"><\/script>\r\n\u00a0<div class=\"ads-core-ads\"><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Weighted average launch prices rose 3% q-o-q, while high-end submarkets posted annual capital appreciation of 4\u20136%.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gurugram and Noida experienced stronger growth, with prices rising approximately 12 % and 10 % y-o-y respectively.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Rental values in the region grew modestly. The rental yields were up by 1-2% QoQ and 3-4% YoY overall. Gurugram\u2019s luxury segment notably saw the highest rental growth of about 10% in the year.<\/p><div class=\"trade-content\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;text-align: center;\" id=\"trade-1170100676\"><div translate=\"no\" class='mailmunch-forms-widget-1169732'><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>In the year 2025, the main purchasers of houses were those who intended to reside in them, not those who aimed to resell them for a profit. Regions such as Dwarka Expressway, New Gurgaon, and the Noida -Greater Noida belt were logical locations since the amenities are already noticeable and available for use. Because of the constant increase in rents, a lot of renters preferred to purchase rather than to keep on paying higher installments. Rentals rose 2\u20135% q-o-q and 6\u20138% y-o-y.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Delhi NCR recorded retail leasing volumes of approximately 1.03msf in the fourth quarter, 2x in q-o-q and 4.5x y-o-y, marking the highest quarterly activity since 2019. Gurugram led with 63% share, followed by Delhi (22%) and Noida (15%). Rentals across prime high-street locations such as Galleria Market and Khan Market recorded strong year-on-year growth, highlighting sustained demand for high-quality retail spaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-future-outlook\"><strong>Future Outlook\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Over the next few years, NCR looks set to stay on a strong run.
