Its contribution remains remarkable and its always know status \u201cSilicon Valley of India\u201d\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The IT exports exceed the combined total of 20 other states and union territories.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Over the past decade, the state alone has added about INR 30000 Cr in export value annually.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Karnataka\u2019s growth accelerated after 2020, adding about INR 50000 Cr per year.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-maharashtra\"><strong>Maharashtra<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Exports contribute to INR 1.84 Cr, generates about 19.5% of national exports. The state has leveraged its financial and commercial infra to build an IT sector.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It grew from INR 61,314 Cr to INR 183,847 Cr by 2023-24. Then, Uttar Pradesh with 208.70% growth and tier-2 cities include Kerala, Meghalaya, Jammu &amp; Kashmir and Odisha leading to new growth. The software export is state-driven with Karnataka, Telangana, Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu forming the backbone of the IT exports in India. The GCC has also shifted exports from volume-based to high-value based to put India\u2019s position in the global tech value chain.
