Tier-1 cities such as Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad are stable, there is high demand on the rental market, and the infrastructure is already developed, but Tier-2 cities such as Mohali, Indore, Jaipur are developing at a rapid pace and have lower entry costs and higher growth rates.
