Under the PM MITRA scheme, these integrated textile hubs are designed to attract <\/em><strong><em>\u20b970,000 crore<\/em><\/strong><em> in investments and expected to create <\/em><strong><em>20 lakh<\/em><\/strong><em> direct and indirect jobs nationwide.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>The textile exports have increased from <strong>\u20b93,09,859.3 crore<\/strong> in <strong>FY 2024-25<\/strong> to <strong>\u20b93,16,334.9 crore<\/strong> in <strong>FY 2025-26<\/strong> showing an appreciation of <strong>2.1%<\/strong>, which is phenomenal keeping the current global tensions at hand. Key Financial support under this scheme,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Development Capital Support (DCS)-<\/strong> A proposed financial support of <strong>30% of total project cost<\/strong> up to <strong>\u20b9500 crore for Greenfield parks<\/strong> and <strong>\u20b9200 crore for Brownfield parks<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Competitive Incentive Support (CIS)- <\/strong>To incentivise manufacturing units in the parks an incentive of up to <strong>\u20b9300 crore per park<\/strong> is proposed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>State Obligation-<\/strong> A land of at least <strong>1000 acres<\/strong> along with the facilities of reliable power, water, waste water disposal, and an essential single-window clearance mechanism.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-tamil-nadu-virudhunagar\" style=\"font-size:22px\"><strong>1. Kumaralingapuram village in Virudhunagar district and the total land allotted <strong>1052 acres<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The project cost is \u20b9<strong>1894 crores<\/strong> and the expected employment is <strong>1 lakh<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The connectivity to <strong>Madurai Airport<\/strong> is around <strong>50 kms<\/strong> and <strong>Thoothukodi Airport<\/strong> at a distance of <strong>100 kms<\/strong>. The major nearby districts Virudhunagar which is in a vicinity of 22 kms and Madurai at 50 kms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-telangana-warangal\" style=\"font-size:22px\"><strong>2. The rail line passes through the park in a 1km vicinity, along with access to <strong>NH-163 and NH-563<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-gujarat-navsari\" style=\"font-size:22px\"><strong>3. This scheme is expected to generate direct and indirect <strong>3 lakh jobs<\/strong>. Infrastructure works worth <strong>\u20b92,160.17 crore<\/strong> is provided for external infrastructure, and <strong>\u20b9564.72 crore<\/strong> is the incurred expenditure as of reports.
