It will be a single large piece of land and will be given to one company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This park is near the<strong> Trichy Semi-Ring Road<\/strong> and is <strong>15 kilometers <\/strong>from <strong>Trichy International Airport<\/strong>. There are already engineering companies in this area including <strong>BHEL units,<\/strong> <strong>Ordnance Factory Tiruchirappalli<\/strong>,<strong> High Energy Projectile Factory<\/strong> and many small engineering firms. The park will also help create jobs in other industries that support it like transportation, retail and services. The park is located in <strong>Trichy<\/strong>, where engineering&#8217;s already a big part of the economy,\u00a0so it will help people with skills and those who are still learning from areas, including T<strong>richy, Pudukottai <\/strong>and <strong>Thanjavur<\/strong> districts. There are places like <strong>Ranipet<\/strong>, <strong>Cheyyar<\/strong>, <strong>Perundurai<\/strong> and <strong>Tuticorin<\/strong>, these parks have helped to get investments from companies in India and other countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SIPCOT is planning to start some new projects in the Trichy region; they want to make an industrial park near <strong>Sengipatti <\/strong>on the <strong>Trichy\u2013Thanjavur highway<\/strong>. This park will be used to make non- leather footwear and can create thousands of jobs.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SIPCOT is also working on some projects like a park for electric vehicle components in <strong>Hosur<\/strong>.
