Q2 FY26 Result Walkthrough
Coming into the quarterly results of Madhav Infra Projects Limited, the company’s consolidated revenue from operations increased by 23.11 percent YOY, from Rs. 86.77 crore in Q2 FY25 to Rs. 106.82 crore in Q2 FY26, and grew by 22.02 percent QoQ from Rs. 87.54 crore in Q1 FY26.
In Q2 FY26, Madhav Infra Projects Limited’s consolidated net profit increased by 198.09 percent YOY, reaching Rs. 12.46 crore compared to Rs. 4.18 crore during the same period last year. As compared to Q1 FY26, the net profit has increased by 66.80 percent, from Rs. 7.47 crore.
The basic earnings per share increased by 187.50 percent and stood at Rs. 0.46 as against Rs. 0.16 recorded in the same quarter in the previous year, FY2025. Madhav Infra Projects Limited’s revenue and net profit have grown at a CAGR of 24.49 percent and 52.81 percent, respectively, over the last five years.
In terms of return ratios, the company’s ROCE and ROE stand at 15.6 percent and 12.6 percent, respectively. Madhav Infra Projects Limited has an earnings per share (EPS) of Rs. 1.29, and its debt-to-equity ratio is 0.81x.
