Results Overview
Fiscal year comparison: revenue from operations increased by 11.94 percent to Rs 150 crore in FY26 from Rs 134 crore in FY25. Operating margin improved by 33.33 percent to 4 percent in FY26 compared to 3 percent in FY25. Profit before tax rose by 33.33 percent to Rs 4 crore in FY26 from Rs 3 crore in FY25, while net profit increased by 50 percent to Rs 3 crore in FY26 compared to Rs 2 crore in FY25.
As of Q4 FY26, promoter holding in the company marginally declined to 44.49 percent from 44.76 percent in the previous quarter. The company did not have any FII holdings during the quarter, while DII holdings remained unchanged at 0.01 percent. Meanwhile, public shareholding increased to 55.50 percent in Q4 FY26 from 55.23 percent earlier.
