With a market capitalization of Rs. 1,897.01 crore, the shares of GRM Overseas Limited were currently trading at Rs. 91.55 per equity share, down nearly 1.88 percent from its previous day’s close price of Rs. 93.30 per share.

R G Family Trust sold 15 lakh shares of GRM Overseas through a bulk deal on 12 June 2026 at an average price of Rs. 93.39 per share. The transaction was valued at approximately Rs. 14.01 crore, resulting in a reduction of the trust’s stake in the company.

On the buy side, Ravi Goyal (HUF) acquired 15 lakh shares at an average price of Rs. 93.40 per share, amounting to around Rs. 14.01 crore. The transaction indicates a transfer of ownership between the two entities through the bulk deal route.

GRM Overseas Limited is an Indian food manufacturing and export company known for its basmati rice and packaged staples. Founded in 1974 and headquartered in Panipat, Haryana, it has grown into one of India’s top three basmati rice exporters and an emerging fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) player.

Vintage Coffee & Beverages Limited

With a market capitalization of Rs. 2,289.49 crore, the shares of Vintage Coffee & Beverages Limited were currently trading at Rs. 160.35 per equity share, rising nearly 0.63 percent from its previous day’s close price of Rs. 159.35 per share.

Vintage Coffee and Beverages witnessed a bulk deal on 12 June 2026, wherein Altizen Ventures LLP sold 7.50 lakh shares at an average price of Rs. 163.17 per share. The transaction was valued at approximately Rs. 12.24 crore. The sale represents a reduction in Altizen Ventures LLP’s shareholding in the company and was executed through the bulk deal mechanism on the stock exchange.

Vintage Coffee & Beverages Limited was incorporated in 1980 and is an Indian integrated coffee manufacturing and export company listed on Indian stock exchanges. It focuses on instant coffee and chicory products and supplies both private-label and branded coffee to domestic and international customers.

Sanofi India Limited

With a market capitalization of Rs. 7,513.42 crore, the shares of Sanofi India Limited were currently trading at Rs. 3,269 per equity share, rising nearly 4.78 percent from its previous day’s close price of Rs. 3,119.95 per share.

Sanofi India witnessed a bulk deal on 12 June 2026, with Nippon India Mutual Fund purchasing 2.64 lakh shares at Rs. 3,150 per share. The transaction was valued at approximately Rs. 83.19 crore and represented a 1.14 percent stake in the company. The acquisition reflects the fund’s continued interest in Sanofi India’s business and growth prospects.

On the other hand, HDFC Life Insurance Company sold 2.75 lakh shares, equivalent to a 1.19 percent stake, at the same price of Rs. 3,150 per share. The sale was valued at around Rs. 86.62 crore and resulted in a reduction of its holding in the company.

As of March 2026, Nippon Life India Trustee, through Nippon India Small Cap Fund, held a 3.79 percent stake in Sanofi India, while HDFC Life Insurance Company held a 1.47 percent stake through its Shareholders’ Solvency Margin Account.
