The companies plan to develop multi-GW AI rack manufacturing capacity and target a global AI infrastructure opportunity exceeding $3 trillion over the next seven years. The initiative comes as India’s data center capacity is projected to reach 5-8 GW by 2030, supported by AI adoption, cloud expansion and data localization requirements, while global hyperscalers are expected to invest over $50 billion in the country’s digital infrastructure ecosystem.

The partnership also aligns with Adani Group’s $100 billion commitment to build 5 GW of green-energy-powered AI-ready data centers by 2035.
