The contract involves the manufacturing and supply of Mobile Mast Systems (MMS), which are expected to support defence communication and operational infrastructure. The order value stands at approximately Rs. 6.9 crore.
According to the company’s disclosure, the project is domestic in nature and is expected to be executed within 18 months. The contract also includes solution integration and multidisciplinary elements, with completion targeted by November 2027. The company clarified that neither the promoter group nor related parties have any interest in the awarding entity, and the transaction does not fall under related-party transactions.
