Bajaj Holdings & Investment Ltd (BHIL) is the holding and investment arm of the Bajaj Group. The company primarily focuses on long-term strategic investments and treasury operations. BHIL holds significant stakes in major Bajaj Group companies including Bajaj Auto, Bajaj Finserv, and Bajaj Finance. The company earns income through dividends, investment gains, interest income, and treasury management activities. 

Bajaj Holdings & Investment Ltd currently has a market capitalization of approximately Rs. 1,18,000 crore, with the stock trading near Rs. 10,627 per share up by 1.50% as compared to previous close of Rs. 10,597.  The stock was trading around Rs. 10,635 during the session. Bajaj Holdings reported total income of approximately Rs. 76.05 crore during Q4 FY26, compared to around Rs. 232.30 crore in Q4 FY25, registering a decline of nearly 67% YoY. Profit before tax stood at approximately Rs. 2,293 crore during the quarter, compared to nearly Rs. 1,790 crore in Q4 FY25, reflecting a growth of around 28% YoY.

The company reported profit after tax of around Rs. 2,577 crore in Q4 FY26, compared to approximately Rs. 1,751 crore reported in the corresponding quarter last year, marking an increase of nearly 47% YoY. Profit attributable to owners of the company rose to approximately Rs. 2,575 crore, up from around Rs. 1,725 crore in Q4 FY25. 

Profit before tax increased from approximately Rs. 2,084 crore in Q3 FY26 to around Rs. 2,293 crore in Q4 FY26, reflecting a growth of nearly 10% QoQ. Net profit also increased from around Rs. 2,016 crore in the December quarter to approximately Rs. 2,575 crore in the March quarter, registering a rise of about 28% QoQ. Share of profits from associates improved from approximately Rs. 1,833 crore in Q3 FY26 to around Rs. 2,263 crore in Q4 FY26. 

The Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of Rs. 130 per equity share having a face value of Rs. 10 each for FY26. The dividend includes a special dividend of Rs. 50 per share to commemorate 100 years of the Bajaj Group. 

Bajaj Holdings & Investment delivered a strong FY26 performance supported by healthy growth in associate company earnings and investment income. The company continued to benefit from its diversified portfolio across major Bajaj Group businesses. The announcement of a Rs. 130 dividend, including a special centenary payout, further highlighted the company’s strong financial position and shareholder-friendly approach.
