With the market capitalization of Rs. 234 Crores, the shares of Organic Recycling Systems Ltd reached an intraday high of Rs. 234 per share rising nearly 9 percent from its previous day close of Rs. 215 per share and is trading at a P/E of 9.30 whereas industry P/E stands at 26.2

Organic Recycling has notified the stock exchanges that its Board of Directors is scheduled to meet on July 6, 2026, to consider a proposal for the issuance of bonus shares. The proposal will be reviewed in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, along with the relevant rules and regulations, and the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018.

Year on Year analysis: Revenue from operations has increased from Rs. 31 Crores to Rs. 74 Crores, up 138 percent. Operating profit has increased from Rs. 12 Crores to Rs. 16 Crores, up 33 percent and net profit has increased from Rs. 9 Crores to Rs. 13 Crores, up 44 percent

Half year analysis: Revenue from operations has increased from Rs. 30 Crores to Rs. 74 Crores, up 146 percent. Operating profit has increased from Rs. 14 Crores to Rs. 16 Crores, up 14 percent and net profit has increased from Rs. 12 Crores to Rs. 13 Crores, up 8 percent
