The record commissioning reflects rising corporate adoption of renewable energy as businesses increasingly seek to reduce energy costs, meet sustainability targets, and lower carbon emissions. Commercial and industrial consumers continue to drive demand through long-term Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and Energy Attribute Purchase Agreements (EAPAs), providing renewable developers with stable and predictable revenue streams.

India’s renewable energy sector continues to benefit from supportive government policies, increasing corporate decarbonization commitments, and growing investments in solar, wind, and hybrid energy projects. With India targeting 500 GW of non-fossil fuel power capacity by 2030, the commercial and industrial renewable energy segment is expected to remain one of the fastest-growing areas of the power sector.

The company also highlighted recent customer wins across technology, data centre, artificial intelligence, and industrial sectors, including Meta, Apple, STT GDC India, Iron Mountain Data Centers, Princeton Digital Group, CEAT, and GACL, indicating continued demand from large corporate customers for clean energy solutions.
