With accommodating monetary policies in the sector, these stocks have solid upside potential according to HSBC. 1. DLF

DLF Limited is a top real estate company in India which is involved in land acquisition, planning, construction, and leasing of residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality projects.

DLF develops and sells housing projects; manages office spaces, malls; owns The Lodhi and Hilton Garden Inn in New Delhi; owns DLF Golf & Country Club in Gurugram; engages in leasing and maintenance; owns a power generation facility; and engages in recreational services.

The company reported a revenue of Rs 7,994 crores in FY25, up by 24.39 percent from Rs 6,427 crores in FY24. Additionally, it reported a net profit of Rs 4,367 crores in FY25, up by 60.35 percent from Rs 2,724 crores in FY24.

2. Godrej Properties

Godrej Properties Limited, together with its subsidiaries, is involved in real estate construction, development, and related activities in India. It is engaged in developing residential, commercial, and township projects. The company was founded in 1985 and is based in Mumbai, India.

The company reported a revenue of Rs 4,923 crores in FY25, up by 62.18 percent from Rs 3,036 crores in FY24. Additionally, it reported a net profit of Rs 1,389 crores in FY25, up by 85.91 percent from Rs 747 crores in FY24.

3.Oberoi Realty

Oberoi Realty Limited, along with its subsidiaries, is a real estate and hospitality developer in India. The Company develops and sells residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, and social infrastructure projects and leases commercial spaces. In addition, it operates hotels providing rooms, food, beverages, and services ancillary to the rooms, and property management.

The company reported a revenue of Rs 5,286 crores in FY25, up by 17.56 percent from its FY24 revenue of Rs 4,496 crores. Additionally, it reported a net profit increase of 15.54 percent to Rs 2,226 crores in FY25 from Rs 1,927 crores in FY24.

4. Sobha 

Sobha Limited is a real estate developer involved in developing properties and selling residential and commercial properties. It also provides construction services and manufactures building materials, and as furniture and mattresses, under the Restoplus brand.

It operates in two business segments- Real Estate and Contractual & Manufacturing. The company has an extensive range of projects such as villas, apartments, IT parks, and hotels across India.

The company reported a revenue of Rs 4,039 crores in FY25, up by 30.44 percent from its FY24 revenue of Rs 3,097 crores. Additionally, it reported a net profit growth of 93.87 percent to Rs 95 crores in FY25 from Rs 49 crores in FY24.
