Actor-producer Arbaaz Khan has recently revealed that the most awaited movie of the decade for fans of the Dabangg franchise is in the making. This fourth installment has been a long due for the followers.
This recent revelation has made the fans of Chulbul Pandey elated. Though there has not been any dates revealed by the makers but this confirmation of film being in the making is just what the fans needed. Read on to find out more details about the upcoming blockbuster.
No Rush for Release
Arbaaz Khan had a recent interview with Zoom TV where he had addressed the constant speculation surrounding the superhit film.
He stated in the interview that the project is in the process but there is “no hurry” to finalize a release date. Both he and Salman Khan want to ensure the story is perfect before moving into full production.
Khan told the source that the fourth instalment is something that is in the pipeline but he doesn’t know the timeline.
He noted that it’s his standard response to the frequently asked question about the sequel’s arrival. He emphasized that the team is working on the film with thoughtful planning and discussion with Salman.
The Return of an Icon
Dabangg series made its debut back in 2010 starring Salman Khan and Sonakshi Sinha. The film is widely celebrated for the way it carries action combined with other sub genres and ofcourse its famous dialogues. Salman Khan’s role of intimidating cop – Chulbul Pandey immediately became fans favourite.
The franchise has different directors throughout the sequels. The debut film had Abinav Kashyap as the director and the film was a massive hit and also had a big hand in Sonakshi’s career. The second film of 2012 was directed by Arbaaz khan and it carries the standard as the first.
The third installment was when famous actor Prabhu Deva joined the franchise as the director. The story this time explored Chulbul’s origin story and past. The director for the fourth film has not been announced and while Arbaaz would love to return to the director’s chair but nothing is official yet.
When is the Release of Dabangg 4?
There are no official dates for the release yet nor is there any information about the timeline and the story. However the recent interview with Arbaaz Khan has confirmed that the film is finally under the process.
