New Delhi, Jan 3 (PTI) Copper prices on Monday fell 0.01 per cent to Rs 748.85 per kg in the futures trade, as participants trimmed their bets amid a weak trend in the domestic market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, copper for delivery in January was trading lower by 5 paise, or 0.01 per cent, to Rs 748.85 per kg with a business turnover of 3,894 lots.
Analysts said cutting down of bets by participants in line with a weak trend in the spot market mainly led to the fall in copper futures. PTI RUJ HRS hrs
